We do not offer any warranties or guarantees regarding our services. Once our services have been modified, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, modules, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested using the demo versions of our templates and themes before purchasing. Please ensure that the browsers you use are compatible, as we cannot guarantee functionality across all browser environments.

4. Unauthorized & Illegal Usage

You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to violating copyright laws, local, national, or international regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Hosting or linking to obscene, pornographic, or racist content
• Distributing or selling pirated software (warez)

Users may not replicate, duplicate, sell, trade, or exploit any portion of our services without our express written consent. Members are solely responsible for all content posted on their accounts. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in prohibited activities.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all associated activities. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

5. Fiverr, SEOClerks Sellers & Affiliates

We do not guarantee full SEO campaign delivery within 24 hours. While we provide estimated delivery times, we do not take responsibility for losses, negative reviews, or account bans due to delayed delivery. If you are selling on a third-party platform that requires time-sensitive results, use our services at your own risk.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made on our platform are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Your balance must be used to purchase our services, including hosting and SEO campaigns. By making a deposit, you agree that you will not initiate disputes or chargebacks under any circumstances.

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel all future orders associated with your account
• Permanently ban you from our platform
• Take legal action against fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods

7. Free Balance & Coupon Policy

We offer various promotions, including free balance, coupons, and deposit bonuses. However, we reserve the right to review and deduct any promotional credits from your account if we determine misuse or abuse.

If your free balance is deducted and your account balance becomes negative, your account may be suspended. To reactivate a suspended account, you will be required to make a custom payment to settle your outstanding balance.
